This Privacy Policy explains how Aula Codex (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you visit calmfamilylife.mom, contact us, place a book order, or visit our bookshop in Wrocław. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, under the supervision of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

4. Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with delivery partners, hosting and IT providers, payment providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where required by Polish or EU law. Processors act under Art. 28 GDPR agreements.

Transfers outside the EEA rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful GDPR mechanism.

9. Children
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without appropriate authorisation.
