These Terms apply to calmfamilylife.mom and to products and services offered by Aula Codex. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Polish law applies; mandatory EU and Polish consumer protections remain unaffected.

We sell new books and related academic materials. Availability may change. Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors.

3. Orders

An order enquiry is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. Special orders may require prepayment.

4. Collection and delivery

Collection from Kuźnicza 22 is available during opening hours. Delivery within Poland may be arranged by courier at agreed cost and timing.

5. Consumer withdrawal

Consumers purchasing at a distance generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Polish and EU consumer law, subject to statutory exceptions (for example sealed audio/video or software once unsealed, or custom orders). In-shop purchases follow standard shop rules. Contact us promptly if you wish to withdraw from a distance contract.

7. Website use

Use this site lawfully. Content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Imagery may be illustrative.

8. Liability

Nothing limits liability where Polish law prohibits limitation (including intent, gross negligence, or injury to life or health).
